So Cal Bulldog Rescue TKShirts is a bad company. The proof they provided for review and approved was not the same product they delivered. The customer service happy to help until the sales was done and shirts were delivered.
When we inquired to why the color difference, they acknowledged it was 'darker on their end', but because we did not say anything it was our fault. Our contention is 'if you sent an proof' that is reviewed and the proof 'approved' that you should send what was approved AND NOT something else.
TK was contacted several times about this problem and would do anything to help resolve this in a professional manner, only referring to a color chart AND NOT refusing to take responsibility for their proof errror.
They 'block' any upload of bad review photos in an attempt to hide the truth.
